What is AineOne’s refund policy?
If you live in the EU, UK, or Turkey, you are eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase. Simply contact us via the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of our Help Center, select the Billing option, and then choose I need a refund.

How can I request a VAT exemption?
To request a VAT exemption, reach out to us through the chat widget in our Help Center. Select the Billing option, then choose VAT exemption request. Be sure to include your billing information (name, email, and billing address) for faster processing.

What happens if my account is terminated?
If your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Use, no refunds will be provided for remaining credits or prepaid services. Additionally, any unpaid fees must still be settled.

Where can I access my invoices?
Invoices are accessible via your AineOne account:
